Eliana Meligas

Eliana Meligas has a diverse work experience. Eliana currently works at MongoDB as a Governance, Risk and Compliance Associate Project Manager, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Eliana worked at ThriveDX from 2020 to 2022. At ThriveDX, they held various roles including Program Manager, where they managed multiple cohorts of digital skills training programs and provided consultative services to university partners. Eliana also served as a Project Manager, overseeing program launches and acting as a liaison with stakeholders. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Coordinator, where they developed Standard Operating Procedures, provided coaching to new hires, and supported system maintenance. Before joining ThriveDX, Eliana worked at Kaplan Test Prep from 2015 to 2019. During their time there, they held roles such as Student Brand Ambassador Program Manager, School Relationship Manager, and Lead Student Brand Ambassador.

Eliana Meligas obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Law & Justice, Business Administration, and Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic degree, they also achieved several certifications. Eliana became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute in May 2021. In January 2022, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in August 2023, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Prior to these professional certifications, Eliana Meligas obtained their Group Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in January 2019.
