Fionn Keady is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in technology sales, currently serving as the Regional Director for Commercial Growth in the Nordics and Israel at MongoDB since January 2021. Keady leads a team focusing on revenue generation, talent recruitment, and retention, having previously held roles as Regional Director of Product Led Sales for EMEA and Senior Corporate Account Executive at MongoDB. Keady has demonstrated exceptional performance in driving customer acquisition and growth, consistently exceeding sales targets. Prior to MongoDB, Keady was an Account Manager/Executive at SmartBear, recognized as Rookie of the Year and a Presidents Club Member, achieving significant sales success across EMEA and APAC markets. Keady holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology.
