Hasti Arzani

Hasti Arzani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hasti is currently working at MongoDB as the Senior Manager of Employee Experience for the APAC region, a position they started in 2023.

Prior to their role at MongoDB, Hasti worked at Pegasystems for a significant period of time. Hasti started as the HR & Recruitment Coordinator for the Asia Pacific and Japan region in December 2014 and held this position until March 2016. Hasti then transitioned to the role of People Partner for the same region, where they served from April 2016 to February 2019. Hasti then advanced to the position of People Operations Lead, a role they held from February 2019 to October 2021. Their final role at Pegasystems was as the Senior People Operations Lead for the Asia Pacific and Japan region, which they held from October 2021 to May 2023.

Hasti's early work experience includes a role as a Customer Advisor at National Australia Bank, a position they held from January 2010 to November 2014.

Hasti Arzani completed their education history with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree in Human Resources and Organisational Development from Western Sydney University, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher School Certificate from Mount Saint Benedict College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Hasti also holds additional certifications in Advanced Visio: Working with Data and Visio 2016 Essential Training, both obtained from LinkedIn in October 2020.
