Jamie Schiller

Jamie Schiller has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2011, they worked at The Advisory Board Company, where they held various roles in career management, ranging from Associate to Associate Director. In 2018, Jamie joined Optum as a Human Capital Consultant in the OptumInsight division. Since 2019, Jamie has been working at MongoDB, initially as a People Partner in Sales, then advancing to the role of Senior HR Business Partner, and currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner.

Jamie Schiller attended the University of Virginia from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Distinction in Psychology, with a minor in Economics. In January 2019, Jamie also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, in October 2022, Jamie completed the Level Up course offered by The Forem.
