Jie Song

Jie Song has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2008 as a Field Service Engineer, where their responsibilities included maintaining IT hardware and conducting training programs. In 2011, they joined T-Systems as a Systems and Project Engineer, where they managed servers and provided technical support.

In 2014, Jie Song moved to HP as a Pre-sale Technical Consultant, handling pre-sales business in south China and providing technical consultations and support to customers. After that, they joined Dell EMC in 2017 as a Presale Consultant, catering to global top 500 enterprise customers in Hong Kong and providing pre-sales support for overseas products.

From 2018 to 2022, Jie Song worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Territory BD Representative, responsible for cloud business development and services in Shenzhen. Their role involved driving revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.

Currently, Jie Song is employed at MongoDB as a Cloud Partner Manager, starting in 2022.

Jie Song began their education in 2003 by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Shenzhen University, which they completed in 2005. Jie then enrolled in the University of Central Lancashire in 2005 to obtain a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering, finishing in 2006. Jie Song furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Electronic Communications and Computer Engineering at the University of Nottingham from 2006 to 2007.
