Justin Pruitt

Justin Pruitt has a diverse work history spanning various roles and industries. Justin started their career as an ESL Teacher at Britanic Ensino de Idiomas from 2005 to 2010. Justin then worked as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at AEF: Accademia Europea di Firenze from 2006 to 2010. Justin gained experience in project management and contract management at PETROBRAS PETROLEO BRASILEIRO SA from 2011 to 2016, working in different roles such as Project Manager II, Project Manager, Project Management Analyst, and Administrative Assistant. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Case Manager at Cascade Community Services. Justin then worked as an Operations Analyst at Collinson from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Implementation Manager at Hyphen Solutions. Currently, Justin is employed at MongoDB, where they have held the positions of Customer Success Manager - Brazil & USA, Senior Customer Success Manager - Brazil, and Strategic Customer Success Manager since 2021. In their roles at MongoDB, they achieved significant growth, received recognition as CSM of the Year FY2023, and became Dual Certified in MongoDB DBA and Developer. Justin has demonstrated strong customer success management skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting regular check-ins, and providing proactive support to ensure customer success. Justin has also led strategic motions, enabled and advised customers, and exceeded expansion and retention goals. Justin is highly skilled in driving value realization, growth, and retention related to the MongoDB product ecosystem, particularly in the Brazilian market.

Justin Pruitt completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade de Pernambuco in 2012. Justin then pursued a Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, which they completed in 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Justin Pruitt obtained certifications as a MongoDB Certified DBA Associate (C100DBA) from MongoDB in April 2022 and as a MongoDB Certified Developer, Associate (C100DEV) from the same institution in January 2022.
