Mat Keep

Mat Keep has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Senior Director of Products and Solutions at MongoDB Inc. In this role, they were responsible for shaping product strategy, launching new products and services, creating content and collateral, conducting competitive analysis, and representing MongoDB to customers and partners. During their tenure, they successfully launched multiple new releases and a managed database cloud service, significantly growing the business. Prior to MongoDB, Mat worked at Oracle as Director of MySQL Product Management and Marketing, where they played a key role in establishing MySQL as a leading database for Big Data platforms. Mat also held positions at Sun Microsystems, Ricoh, Canon Europe Ltd., and Tuboscope Pipeline Services. Mat's experience includes product management, sales, marketing, and software development.

Mat Keep attended Churchers College from 1980 to 1987. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Portsmouth from 1987 to 1990 and earned a BSc degree in Computer Science with First-class honors, specializing in Computing & Information Systems.
