Nandini Bhartiya

Nandini Bhartiya is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in service architecture and application development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at MongoDB since April 2022, Nandini specializes in sharding. Prior to this role, Nandini worked at Teradata Aster for nearly a decade as a Staff Software Engineer and held a position as a Software Developer at McAfee, focusing on the development of optimized applications for network traffic encryption and decryption. Early career experience includes a Technical Research Associate position at Gilfus Education Group, where Nandini conducted statistical analysis and integrated business intelligence software, as well as an internship at Tata Consultancy Services, where Nandini designed a Data Warehouse System.
