Phong Le is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect at MongoDB since November 2021, Phong received the FY23 Top APAC Solution Architect Award. Prior roles include Senior Solution Architect at Oracle, where responsibilities encompassed sales engineering and technical account management, and a Senior Solution Engineer at IPS AG. Previous experience also includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at NashTech and a Sales Consultant at Robusta Technology and Training. Early career positions featured a Solution Consultant role at HPT Vietnam Corporation and various roles at Microsoft, including Technical Evangelist and intern. Phong holds a Diploma in Business Administration from PSB Academy and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ton Duc Thang University.
