Prashant Juttukonda has extensive work experience spanning several companies. Prashant currently serves as the Enterprise Modernization Lead at MongoDB since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at EPAM Systems from 2018 to 2021.

From 2014 to 2018, Prashant held the position of Head of Data, Analytics, and Insights Practice at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, they developed and implemented enterprise data strategies for various sectors such as Banks, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Retail in Canada. Prashant also oversaw projects such as Master Data Management strategy implementation, Global Anti Money Laundering data capture, and Big Data ingestion strategies.

Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, Prashant worked at IBM in different positions. At IBM, Prashant also held the role of Senior Manager, Acquisition Integration from 2008 to 2009. Prashant was responsible for integrating new teams into IBM and aligning their processes with the company's technology intersection.

Prashant's career at IBM began in 1997, where they initially worked as an Enterprise Support Engineer. Prashant later became an Advanced Technical Support Manager, collaborating closely with large enterprise IT teams and establishing a Level 2 technical support center in IBM India.

Before joining IBM, Prashant gained experience as a Software Developer and Business Analyst at the American Automobile Association and as a Test Automation Programmer at HP. Prashant started their career as a Software Engineer at Satyam, where they developed software systems related to poultry genetics.

Prashant Juttukonda has a diverse education history. Prashant started their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Osmania University, specializing in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from 1984 to 1986. In 1987, they enrolled at the National Institute of Information Technology, where they pursued a Diploma in Systems Management, Programming, Structured Systems Analysis, and Design, which they completed in 1988. That same year, Prashant also earned a Diploma in Urban Banking from the Cooperative Banking Society, with a focus on Rural and Urban Banking, Commerce, and Cooperatives society-based banking. In 1994, they attended Colorado State University to enhance their skills in Total Quality Management by completing a specialized course in the subject.

Furthermore, Prashant Juttukonda has acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In October 2013, they obtained the Pragmatic Marketing Foundations, Focus, Build certification from Pragmatic Marketing. In 2019, they completed multiple certifications from the Cloud Analytics Academy, including Cloud Analytics Practitioner, Cloud Analytics Master, Cloud Analytics Architect, and the Cloud Analytics Academy's Executive Fast Track. Additionally, they completed the Cloud Analytics Academy's Data-Driven Marketing course. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications related to cloud computing and data analytics, including Learning Python from LinkedIn in August 2020, AWS Essential Training for Architects from LinkedIn in March 2020, and SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake in May 2020.
