Rachael Klein

Rachael Klein began their work experience as an Account Management Intern at Ogilvy & Mather in June 2017. Rachael later joined Oracle in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Business Development Consultant, Pipeline Progression Representative, Applications Sales Representative, and Regional Manager for Upmarket ERP/EPM. Rachael onboarded, developed, and led a team of 8 Business Development Consultants during their time at Oracle. In 2022, they joined MongoDB as a Sales Development Manager, overseeing the South Central and New York Metro regions. Rachael'sresponsibilities at MongoDB include hiring, onboarding, and developing a team of Account Development Representatives, with a focus on building the next wave of Account Executives.

Rachael Klein has pursued their education at various institutions. Rachael completed a Study Abroad Program at Victoria University of Wellington, where they spent a semester in Wellington, New Zealand. Rachael also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in American Studies from the University of Virginia, where they minored in Religious Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin – Center for Professional Education (CPE).
