Rafael Santos

Rafael Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Rafael currently serves as an Escalation Manager at MongoDB since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Escalation Manager at VMware from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they served as a LATAM Services and Support Engineer at VMware from 2017 to 2021.

Before their time at VMware, Santos worked as a Software Support Technician at Noble Systems from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Triage Tech Support at Citrix from 2014 to 2016.

Their earlier career includes a role as a Tier I/II Tech Support Lead at Telrite Holdings LLC from 2013 to 2015, where they used various software such as Telegence, mycsp.cingular.com, and Microsoft Excel. Rafael also has experience as an Account Executive at American Express from 2012 to 2013.

Rafael Santos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University. Rafael also pursued Project Management studies at The University of Georgia in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Wheeler High School, focusing on College Prep from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Santos obtained a certification as a VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace in March 2019 from VMware.
