Ryan Bashir

Ryan Bashir has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career as a Sales Assistant at Trio Food in 2013. In 2016, they joined SmartBear Software as a Sales Development Representative and later became a Territory Account Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to MongoDB as a Cloud Account Executive and subsequently held roles as a Corporate Account Executive and Senior Corporate Account Executive. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Regional Director, Cloud EMEA at MongoDB, where they successfully scaled the EMEA Cloud organization and contributed to significant revenue growth. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Product Led Sales EMEA at MongoDB. Throughout their career, Ryan has prioritized the development and progression of their colleagues, helping them acquire the necessary skills to advance within the company.

Ryan Bashir completed their high school education at Summerhill College from 2006 to 2012. Ryan then attended the University of Galway from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (International with German). In 2014, Ryan participated in the Erasmus+ Programme at Fachhochschule Bochum, focusing on International Business Management. During the same year, they also studied International Business Management at Ruhr University Bochum.
