Rafiqul Islam Babu.

Rafiqul Islam Babu has a strong background in quality assurance and merchandising. Rafiqul Islam is currently serving as the Head of Quality & Merchandising for Bangladesh at Monica + Andy since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager of QMS & Technical at Shinest Group starting from June 2019. Babu also has extensive experience at Carters Inc., where they held the role of Quality Assurance Manager from December 2013 to April 2019. Rafiqul Islam previously worked as a Quality Assurance professional at The Children's Place from May 2010 to November 2013 and at Merchantex co. (bd) Ltd. from June 2007 to May 2010. Throughout their career, Babu has participated in various training programs related to product safety and security.

Rafiqul Islam Babu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from National University Bangladesh, from the year 1995 to 1998.
