Mark Dougall

Mark Dougall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as General Manager of Business Systems and previously holding positions such as Head of Operations and Senior Operations Manager at Monica Vinader Ltd since April 2017, Mark has demonstrated a strong capability in overseeing business operations. Prior experience includes a role as Continuous Improvement Manager at BOMBARDIER from November 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities included implementing lean manufacturing principles and managing business improvement systems. Additionally, Mark held various roles at The Oilgear Company from June 2008 to October 2013, including Project Manager, where significant financial and project delivery responsibilities were managed. Mark holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
