Chisom Nwonu

Chisom Nwonu is a seasoned professional in customer support and management with extensive experience at Moniepoint Inc. as a Customer Support Manager since December 2021, leading a team of 10 representatives to achieve high customer satisfaction rates. Prior to this role, Chisom worked as a Customer Success Manager at airymovers Delivery Services, overseeing a team of riders and customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service. Additional experience includes serving as a lecturer assistant during the National Youth Service Corps and working as a Computer Lab Assistant at the Area Council Service Commission.
