Oluwafemi Elijah Ajayi

Oluwafemi Elijah Ajayi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and implementing payment systems and backend services. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Moniepoint Group since March 2025, Oluwafemi specializes in card payment logic and microservices architecture. Prior to this, Oluwafemi contributed to eTranzact International PLC, enhancing the Payoutlet 2.0 platform, which increased adoption among Nigerian financial institutions. Earlier experience at the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) involved improving pharmaceutical product tracking and automating product registration processes, leading to significant improvements in pharmacovigilance and revenue. Additionally, Oluwafemi served as a Java Instructor at Admirality Computer Institute, educating students in object-oriented programming and software development. Oluwafemi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.
