Miguel Emiliano Chacón López has had a varied work experience since 2008. Miguel Emiliano began their career as a Becario at Pérez Macedo, S. C. in 2008. In 2009, they moved to Fernández Noriega, S. C. as an Abogado, where they specialized in Litigio civil, mercantil, administrativo y constitucional, Derecho corporativo, and Propiedad Intelectual. In 2017, they became the CEO of Rancho Jurídico. In 2018, they founded Fundación Buen Rancho, A.C. In 2019, they joined Calderon & De La Sierra as an Abogado, where they specialized in Miembro del área de Nuevas Tecnologías y Protección de Datos Personales, Litigio en materia mercantil, civil, administrativa y constitucional, and Consultoría legal a proyectos de innovación tecnológica y modelos de negocio disruptivos, especialmente en el sector financiero (fintech) y asegurador. Finally, in 2022, they will become the Director de Operaciones at Monific.

Miguel Emiliano Chacón López completed their Bachillerato at the Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2000 to 2003. Miguel Emiliano then went on to pursue a Licenciado en Derecho at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they also completed a Pre-Especialidad en Filosofía del Derecho at the same university from 2010 to 2011. In 2016, they earned a Diplomado en Derecho Familiar from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In 2018, they obtained a Registro de cédula profesional TSJCDMX from the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México.
