David Zünd

Dawei Zhang is a seasoned professional in partnership management, currently serving in the Olympic Partnership role at Shankai Sports since August 2015. Responsibilities include managing high-profile partnerships such as those with Alibaba Group and Mengniu Group, along with sponsorships for major events like the 2018 FIFA World Cup and UEFA EURO 2016. Dawei has successfully overseen over 600 Olympic activations and provided strategic advisory services, including contract and payment management, hospitality program support, and comparative reports on partnership activations. In addition to the current role, Dawei is a Consultant for the China Market at AISTS since July 2021 and previously held the position of Managing Partner at Excelidea Events. Earlier experience includes teaching English at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Dawei holds a Bachelor's degree in English Broadcasting Journalism from Communication University of China and completed a summer program in Communication and Media Studies at Emerson College.
