Nikolay Zaytsev

Nikolay Zaytsev has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working at Monite as the Head of Product Design & White Label & SDK PM (interim). Their responsibilities included defining design tools, methodologies and principles to use in a given market context, and overseeing design strategy. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Backbase in various roles, including Design Manager (SME and Corporate Banking), Lead Product Designer (Business Banking: Payments, Cash Management, Entitlements), and UX Consultant in Professional Services. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at izi.TRAVEL - The Storytelling Platform as Lead UX/UI designer for Mobile apps (iOS, Android, Windows Phone). From 2010 to 2013, they worked at i-Free Innovations as Project Manager and Technology Evangelist in Augmented Reality Department. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at i-Free as Web Developer (Full-stack) and Flash platform developer. In 2007, they founded their own studio, Nikolay Zaytsev's Studio, where they served as the Founder and Lead Designer.

Nikolay Zaytsev has an extensive education history. In 1993, they attended 295 Gymnasium (State Secondary School) until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they attended ITMO University where they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering and Computer Graphics. In 2012, they completed a Graduate program in Mobile Marketing at i-Free Academia (internal education program). Nikolay also completed a Graduate program in Communications Training (internal program) in 2018 and a Graduate program in Design Management Patterns in 2020. Additionally, they completed a Graduate program in Management & Leadership Training (internal program) in 2020.
