Maciej Swienton

Maciej Swienton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maciej started their career at mec-tec Sp. z o.o. in 1990 as the Managing Director and worked there until 1993. Maciej then founded Vega sp. z o.o. in 1992 and served as the Owner/President until 2013. In 2011, they joined engcon Poland sp. z o.o. as the Plant Manager and later became the Managing Director from 2013 to 2017. Maciej then joined Press-Metal as the Managing Director from July 2017 to January 2018. Currently, Maciej is the CEO of Monitor ERP System Polska since February 2018.

From 2004 to 2005, Maciej Swienton attended ICAN Institute where they pursued a degree in Management, specializing in Business Management.
