Andy Logan

Andy Logan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President & Managing Partner at Monitor Products, Inc. Andy is responsible for leading the long-term strategic business development and growth initiatives for the company.

Prior to this, Andy held the position of Vice President Sales Engineering at Monitor Products, Inc., where they led strategic business development and growth initiatives.

Andy also has experience as the Chairman of the Board at Performance Product Technologies, where they founded and managed an internationally recognized Marine Products distribution business with a strong online presence.

Additionally, they were the Founder and Owner of H2O SPORTS UNLIMITED, where they managed Premier Level (Tracker), Tige' and Mercury Marine (Platinum Level), Yamaha Marine, Suzuki Marine, and Tracker Off-Road Powersport dealerships.

Andy's work experience also includes owning and operating Wildhorse Creek Ranch and serving as the Principal Business Development Consultant at Performance Technology Consulting.

Andy founded and managed Marinediesel AB (MarineDiesel-USA) as well, where they established a strategic business partnership with an international company and oversaw the design, manufacture, market introduction, sales, and service of a complete sterndrive and inboard diesel engine product line.

Andy began their career at Mercury Marine, where they held various roles including Engineering Product/Program Manager, Lead Product Engineer (Exhaust & Cooling Systems), and Design Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in product development, project management, and system level engineering.

Andy Logan received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in the years 1988 to 1991.
