Caroline Dufrane

Caroline Dufrane has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Caroline started their career in 2008 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at SThree and worked there until 2009. Caroline then became a Global Human Resources Consultant at Moon Sisters SRL, where they undertook various freelance missions, including Senior Talent Acquisition at Vesuvius from September 2021 to January 2023 and HR Manager at Myskillcamp from December 2019 to August 2021. Caroline is currently employed as a Learning and Development Manager at Monizze, starting in 2023. Their expertise lies in talent acquisition and human resources management.

Caroline Dufrane obtained their certification as a Coach from the Leading & Coaching Academy, where they studied coaching from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Bedrijfscommunicatie (Business Communication) from KU Leuven, attending from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Caroline Dufrane holds a degree in Press & Information with a focus on Journalism, which they obtained from IHECS between 2002 and 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in December 2018.
