Jayeeta Mazumder

Jayeeta is the Communications and Marketing Manager at Monk's Hill Ventures working cross-functionally with partners, founders and investment teams across Southeast Asia on content and comms strategy.

At her last job at SingSaver (Hyphen Group), she was a Managing Editor heading a team of writers, editors and freelancers.

Prior to moving to Singapore, Jayeeta led corporate and consumer communications for Netflix and WeWork, managing a remote team across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, at Publicis (MSLGroup). In her role, she ran press junkets and media interviews, created media strategy for the launch of global shows for Netflix in India and Singapore, and for WeWork Labs.For close to a decade, Jayeeta worked as a lifestyle, culture, and entertainment writer and editor at leading publications in India (Vogue, Femina, The Telegraph, Hindustan Times, DNA). She did her Master's in English Literature at English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad after her Bachelor's degree from Presidency College, Kolkata.
