Erica Flores

Erica Flores is the Director of Chicago Recruitment and Strategic Initiatives at Monmouth College, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Erica served as the Associate Director for the Graduate College of Education at Roosevelt University from November 2021 to February 2023, and as a Chicagoland area Admissions Recruiter at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from March 2020 to October 2021. Erica's career in higher education recruitment began at Eastern Illinois University, where roles included Chicago Regional Admissions Representative and Recruitment/Retention Coordinator, focusing on communication with prospective students and engagement with Latin/x first-generation college students. Erica holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
