Bethan Jenkins

Bethan Jenkins is an experienced professional in the mortgage and financial services sector, currently serving as Regional Team Manager (Mortgages) at Monmouthshire Building Society since May 2022. Prior roles include various positions at Aldermore Bank from September 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed creating a Training and Competency framework, training staff on new legislation, and implementing process improvements within the Direct Mortgages business.
