Danielle Hitt is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and colleague engagement. Currently serving as the Internal Communications and Colleague Engagement Manager at Monmouthshire Building Society since April 2022, previous roles include Communications Manager at Newport City Homes, and various senior communications positions at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Natural Resources Wales. Danielle's career began at the Environment Agency, where a diverse range of roles led to expertise in public affairs and internal communications. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Welsh from Swansea University.
