Graham Sumsion

Graham Sumsion is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations at Monmouthshire Building Society since August 2018, where previous roles included Lending Operations Manager. Prior to this, Graham held the position of Project Manager at Legal & General for a brief period in early 2018 and served as Head of Intermediary Partnership Support at Barclays from December 2014 to March 2018. Achievements at Barclays include launching a new service that enhanced efficiency and earned recognition with the Welsh Contact Centre of the Year award in 2014 and 2015. Earlier career roles at Barclays Bank included Business Development Manager and Performance Manager. Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The Open University and has pursued various professional development courses through CII, IFS, and ILX.
