Darrel Stokes

Darrel Stokes is an experienced professional in the fields of adult and community education and library services. Currently serving as Area Manager for Adult and Community Education at Monmouthshire County Council, Stokes also holds a position as Library Assistant at Newport City Council since June 2016. Stokes earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English from the University of Southampton between 1982 and 1985.
