Sian Hayward

Sian Hayward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public sector leadership, currently serving as the Head of Information Security & Technology and Head of Digital at Monmouthshire County Council since June 2002. In these roles, Sian focuses on implementing digital strategies and enhancing service design with a human-centered approach. Previously, Sian held key positions such as Organisation Design and Development Lead and Programme Manager & Interim HR Manager, overseeing significant projects like the Agile Working Programme. Earlier experience includes being the Electronic Government & Performance Manager and part-time lecturer in Professional Management and Accountancy at Coleg Gwent. Education includes studies at Newbridge Grammar School and the University of Wales, Cardiff, along with a degree in Accountancy from CIPFA.
