David James is an experienced professional with a focus on rural housing development and research. Currently serving as a Rural Housing Enabler at Monmouthshire Housing Ltd since January 2008, David collaborates with multiple organizations, including the Welsh Government and Monmouthshire County Council, to promote affordable housing in local communities. Prior to this role, David worked as a Research Officer at Torfaen County Borough Council from March 2003 to December 2007, contributing to European funding initiatives and researching the implementation of the Aarhus Covenant across several European countries.
