Sian Nicholas

Sian Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sian most recently worked at Monmouthshire Housing Group, starting in 2017 as the Head of Sustainable Communities and later transitioning to the role of Head of Neighbourhoods in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Newport City Homes as a Community Involvement Manager from 2009 to 2016. Sian also has experience at Gavo, where they held the positions of C1st Senior Development Officer from 2007 to 2009 and C1st Coordinator from 2005 to 2007. Sian began their career at Gilfach Goch Community Association Limited in 2003 as a Volunteer Coordinator until 2005.

Sian Nicholas attended Llantarnam Comprehensive from 1990 to 1997, where they completed their GCSE and A Level qualifications. Sian then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at Swansea University from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2002 to 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Youth and Community from the University of South Wales.
