Ej Sander

EJ Sander is a seasoned executive in talent acquisition and leadership search, co-founding Monocle Search Group in 2015, which specializes in executive recruiting for diverse sectors including technology, product, and human resources. Prior to this, EJ Sander spent nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company, rising to the position of Director of Technology Talent Acquisition, where responsible for establishing the company’s inaugural dedicated technology recruiting organization and leading nationwide hiring efforts. Earlier roles at Disney included managing technology recruitment teams and various positions focused on technical recruiting within the organization. EJ Sander's career commenced at Wimmer Solutions as a Business Development and Technical Recruiter following graduation from Washington State University with a B.S. degree.
