Lina Constanza Mendez Saenz has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. Lina Constanza started their career in 2014 at Watches of Switzerland Ltd., where they excelled in delivering exceptional customer experiences and was promoted to a new role within the company. Lina Constanza then worked as an Aftercare Consultant, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and maintaining accurate customer data. In 2015, they took on the role of Administrator, where they managed administrative and security obligations while developing product knowledge and assisting on the sales floor. From 2017 to 2018, Lina served as the Assistant Manager and Client Relations Executive, managing a team and providing training to ensure high-quality customer service. In 2018, they joined MATCHESFASHION.COM as a Customer Care Assistant Manager, leading a team and improving customer service experience. Currently, Lina is working at Monocle as the Director of Customer Experience, taking ownership of customer issues and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Lina Constanza Mendez Saenz has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Lina Constanza began their education at YMCA, where they obtained a degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Lina pursued their passion for languages and completed a Licentiate degree in Modern Languages at Universidad de La Salle from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they also studied English and French at Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2004 to 2007, further expanding their language skills. In 2008, Lina attended the British Council, where they focused on English Language and Literature, completing their studies in 2009. Later, in 2011 to 2012, they pursued a degree in the Theory and Practice of Translation at Middlesex University, specializing in Language Interpretation and Translation. Lina's dedication to continuous learning is evident through their recent certification, "A Beginner's Guide to Data Analytics," obtained in October 2022 from FutureLearn.
