Alison Brodt

Alison Brodt is a Food Scientist with extensive experience in the food industry and academic research. Currently employed at Monogram Foods since January 2023, Alison previously held a similar position at Kagome USA, Inc. from October 2020 to December 2022. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Alison's research experience includes assisting professors in developing courses on nutrition for older adults, studying the survival rates of pathogens in food products, and analyzing the quality of seaweed specimens.
