Jeff Johnson joined Monogram Foods in May of 2007 as the Vice President of Operations. Over the past 28 years, Jeff has worked with organizations consisting of John Morrell Meats, BilMar Foods (Hillshire), Lloyds Barbeque Company (General Mills), Carolina Turkeys (Butterball), Specialty Foods Group, and Monogram Food Solutions. Jeff's experience brings expertise to provide leadership to all aspects of food manufacturing operations. He has managed operational growth for Monogram Foods providing processing and facilities technical knowledge, exemplary collaborative - cross- functional problem solving skills, and business management acumen. His experience includes providing and implementing initiatives to increase savings, improve quality, customer service, yield and efficiency, and construction - project management while reducing waste and keeping safety the highest priority. Jeff has a Business Management Degree from Concordia University in St. Paul Minnesota.
