Kaitlin Van Ruler Van Essen has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food production industry. Currently serving as HACCP Coordinator and Quality Assurance Supply Chain Coordinator at Monogram Foods since October 2017, Kaitlin has a strong background in managing quality assurance processes. Previous roles include Leadership Trainee at Pilgrim's, where supervision of over 40 team members was undertaken, and multiple internships at GNP Company, where Kaitlin focused on data collection and analysis to improve operational efficiency. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
