Celeste Cheramie

Celeste Cheramie is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and management. Currently serving as an RN Care Manager at Monogram Health since October 2019, Celeste previously held the position of RN Director of Operations at Amedisys from August 2006 to October 2019. Additionally, Celeste worked as a Registered Nurse at Terrebonne General Medical Center from July 1999 to September 2005.
