Dylan Lempp Dnp

Dylan Lempp, DNP, APRN, FNP-C has a strong background in healthcare, starting out as a Student Nurse Extern at Maury Regional Health in 2013. After completing various certifications and courses, including the United States Air Force Nurse Transition Program and disaster preparedness courses, Dylan joined the United States Air Force as a Registered Nurse in 2014. During this time, Dylan gained experience in caring for a wide range of patients and coordinating holistic care with ancillary services. In 2018, Dylan transitioned to Baylor Scott & White Health as a Registered Nurse before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner at Momentum Spine & Joint in 2021. Currently, Dylan holds both the role of Family Nurse Practitioner and Director of Clinical Care at Monogram Health from 2022.

Dylan Lempp, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, obtained a Doctorate of Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Christian University in the period from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, Lempp earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Samford University, completing the program from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their educational background, Lempp holds various certifications including Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ANCC Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification from the American Nursing Association, and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
