Jennifer Viola

Jennifer Viola has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director of Training and Quality Assurance at Monogram Health, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Call Center Manager at American Addiction Centers from July 2014 to November 2022. Jennifer also worked at Daymar College, where they held the position of Senior Admissions Representative from March 2014 to August 2014. Jennifer previously held the positions of Director of Admissions and Admissions Representative at Daymar College from 2007 to 2013 and 2003 to 2007, respectively. Before their time at Daymar College, Jennifer worked as a Sales/Office Manager at 94FM The Fish from 2001 to 2003 and as a Store Manager at The Body Shop from 1999 to 2001.

Jennifer Viola obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1995 and 2000.
