Aaron Stroup

Aaron Stroup has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Technology Implementation at Monolith since 2022. Prior to that, they served in the US Navy from 2010 to 2017, taking on progressive roles with increasing responsibilities. As an Analyst, Infrastructure Resiliency & Security, they supervised a team and utilized simulation software to model the effects of disasters on critical infrastructure. Aaron also held the position of Emergency Management Coordinator, where they coordinated operations and analyzed digital communications data. As an Operations Manager, they supervised teams in submarine operations and maintenance. Additionally, they served as a Power Plant Operations Supervisor. Following their time in the navy, Aaron worked as a Facility Infrastructure Manager at Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP) from 2017 to 2022. Aaron Stroup has a diverse education history. Aaron attended Old Dominion University from 2021 to 2024 and obtained a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree, specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Washington State University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In 2017, Aaron completed the Project Management Certificate Program at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Additionally, they attended Naval Nuclear Power School from 2011 to 2012, focusing on Nuclear Power.

In terms of certifications, Aaron Stroup has obtained various credentials. In 2022, they completed the "IT Security: Key Policies and Resources" course offered by LinkedIn and the "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" course, also on LinkedIn. In 2017, they acquired certifications in "Managing Project Risks and Changes," "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects," and "Initiating and Planning Projects" through Coursera.
