Kelsey Mick

Kelsey Mick has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Kelsey is currently working as a Senior Recruiter at Monolith, where they recruit potential talent for key positions within the company. Kelsey also interviews and assesses candidates and partners with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and make final hiring decisions. Prior to Monolith, Kelsey worked at Sandhills Global as a Recruitment Specialist, where they handled day-to-day recruitment functions, interacted with potential employees, and coordinated recruiting events. Kelsey also gained experience in management as an Assistant Manager at Riddle's Jewelry. Kelsey has also held various roles in customer service and marketing, including a Front Desk Representative at Blue Moon Fitness, a Marketing and Promotions Intern at Broadcast House, and a Marketing Representative at Advanced Chiropractic Solutions. Additionally, they have experience in the healthcare industry as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sumner Place Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center. Earlier in their career, Kelsey worked in the hospitality industry as a Trainer, Carside ToGo Specialist, Server, and Host at Applebee's and as an Associate at Marcus Theatres.

Kelsey Mick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. In September 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Diamond Certified from the Diamond Council of America.
