Max Meier's work experience includes a variety of roles in the engineering and maintenance fields in different companies starting from 2006. In 2015, they had an intern position at ADM Soybean Processing as a Production Engineer Intern. From 2016, they started to work at ADM, where they had multiple roles such as Production Engineer, Process Engineer, and Cogeneration Superintendent until 2022. Then, they worked as a Maintenance Lead Technician at Universal Pure and a Maintenance Technician at Lincoln Industries until they joined Monolith in May 2023 as a Process Engineer.

Max Meier attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2011 to 2015, although it is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued during this time.
