Ryan Peters

Ryan Peters has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Ryan started their career as a Civil Engineer at CCEI in 2011, where they focused on assembling topographic models of land surfaces and worked closely with the USACE on Earth Embankment construction. Ryan then joined Novamet in 2012 as a Plant Engineer, responsible for planning, engineering, maintaining, and improving the equipment at a metal powder processing company. Ryan'saccomplishments include providing cost savings of $400,000 through the implementation of explosion-proof equipment. In 2021, Ryan joined Schneider Electric as a Stamping and Plating Engineer. Currently, they are a Mid-caps Engineering Project Manager at Monolith, starting in November 2022. Overall, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, equipment maintenance, and hazard mitigation.

Ryan Peters completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2005 to 2011. In 2012 and 2013, they enrolled in online classes through MIT online (EdX) and successfully completed a course in Solid State Chemistry, with a graded and verifiable outcome.
