Yahaira Burgos has worked in various roles since 1995. Yahaira began their career as an Office Automation Clerk and Office Automation Assistant at the Department of Health and Human Services. Yahaira then moved to the U.S. Department of Labor in 1998 as an Accounting Technician. In 2007, they joined Image Marketing, Inc. as a Project Manager. In 2010, they became an IT Support at Active World Solutions and in 2011, they were appointed as an Inside Sales Manager/Office Manager/Notary Public/Marketing at Niedax MonoSystems. At AXA Equitable, they have held two roles: Business Systems Analyst I - System Support Group - Accumulator Test Team and Application Analyst/Analyst II - System Support Group - PARIS Test Team. In each role, they have performed various duties such as creating test plans, maintaining contacts databases, providing best effort support for applications, and motivating and training new employees.

Yahaira Burgos attended Brooklyn Technical High School from 1990 to 1994, where they earned their High School diploma in Industrial and Product Design. Yahaira then went on to study Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University, graduating with a BA in 1999.
