Lucy Schoedel is an experienced professional in both emergency medical services and hockey coaching. Currently serving as an Emergency Medical Technician at Monroe Ambulance since August 2020, Lucy previously held positions as a Skills Coach and Goalie Coach at Rochester Ice Center Hockey Academy, and as a Goaltending Coach for USA Hockey, specifically for the U18 Women's National Team. Lucy's coaching career includes roles as the 19U Co-Head Coach and Enrollment Specialist at Selects Academy at Bishop Kearney, and as an Assistant Women's Hockey Coach at prestigious institutions including Harvard University, Buffalo State College, Brown University, and Wesleyan University. Lucy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and continued education at Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2011.

Family owned and locally based since 1975, Monroe Ambulance is a full service ambulance and emergency response training company in the Rochester, NY region. Our services include 9-1-1 and interfacility ambulance transportation (including specialty care transport). Our training center is authorized to provide New York State CFR and EMT courses, the full line of American Heart Association ECC courses, and as well as NAEMT products such as GEMS and PHTLS.
