Prior to joining Monroe Capital, Harrell worked as an assistant vice president at Deerfield Capital Management, associate at Pangaea Asset Management, and analyst at CapitalSource. Nathan began their career in finance as a middle market underwriter at JPMorgan Chase. Harrell has a proven track record of success in the financial industry and is an expert in portfolio management.
