Strat Schock

Strat Schock is a Senior Associate at Monroe Capital. Prior to joining Monroe Capital, Strat was an Analyst at CrowdOut Capital where they underwrote complex private capital transactions for middle market companies in a broad range of sectors. Strat has also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst - FIG Financing at Wells Fargo Securities where they executed over 200 credit linked transactions across insurance, banks, asset managers, and finance companies. In addition, Strat has also worked as an Economics Research Manager (Mergers and Acquisitions) at Davidson College where they designed training program for new M&A research assistants, maintained databases with over 22,000 lines of code detailing events in SEC proxy statements, managed and allocated research assistants efficiently to meet time-sensitive deadlines, and created working paper that analyzes the substitutional relationship between stock payments and extensive due diligence for potential acquirers.
