Lisa Yang

Lisa Yang is a seasoned human resources consultant at Monroe Consulting Group since October 2022, specializing in IT recruitment for various roles including data and algorithm positions. Prior to this, Lisa served as Product Director at YunYin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. from April 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading the restructuring of ERP systems and managing SaaS product development. Notable achievements include the successful integration of multiple product solutions and the launch of key projects that positioned the company's ERP offerings among the industry's top ranks. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Changchun University of Science and Technology.
