Lee Smith

Lee Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, photography, and military leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Roush since July 2018, Lee Smith focuses on scheduling and facilitating training initiatives while assessing learning needs. As the Founder of Lee Smith Media Productions, Lee Smith specializes in event and activity photography, based in Lake Orion, Michigan. Additionally, since July 2021, Lee Smith has been an Adjunct Instructor at Monroe County Community College, teaching automotive courses. Prior experience includes leadership training and coaching roles at Quicken Loans, alongside a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, where Lee Smith held various senior positions, oversaw operations, and ensured compliance in multiple capacities. Lee Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Photography from Southern New Hampshire University.
